Start with the filters
A search can become too narrow when a title, genre, and year are all selected. Clear the year first, check Movies versus TV Shows, and try a distinctive word from the title. Reset returns you to the complete local selection.
Check the failing step
A missing poster, an unavailable page, and a player error are different issues. Reload a missing image once. For a page, return to the homepage. For an external player, use the help provided by the service where the video is actually running.
What Watch now should do
The button opens JustWatch in a separate tab. If that tab does not appear, check whether the browser blocked it. If the regional result is wrong, set your country here and open the title again.
